Caring for your neighborhood

We live and work from our house in Clydesdale, Pretoria, South Africa. Recently the City of Tshwane awarded our neighborhood a Precinct Plan. It works like this: The neighborhood does the plan at own cost but with the guidance from the City of Tshwane. The plan then becomes the property of the council. All future development in the precinct will then be guided by this plan.

Currently we are busy with the Status Quo Report. Should'nt be too difficult to spot our neighborhood on the plan, dating from 1929, below! Watch this space for up dates on the process!
